formerly at 380 (upper) Paya Lebar Rd, known as “Roslin”.

There is an adjoining condominium development called Tangerine Grove (TOP expected end-2008) next to this backlane,

which is accessible from the Paya Lebar Crescent side of the property. This new development can also be seen

in the location street map shown above, on this web page. Tangerine Grove is developed by Frasers Centrepoint Homes

which is a company in the Fraser&Neave group, although this condominium is still not listed in their website.

However, the showflat is ready and brochures for sale of their apartment units are available at the construction site.
